Caregiver Support Group (Virtual)
Caregiving can sometimes feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our support group offers a welcoming space to share experiences, pick up helpful coping strategies, and celebrate victories along the way.
The Caregiver Support Group provides a space for caregivers of loved ones with a brain injury to connect with others
who understand the unique challenges of caregiving, including topics such as grief and loss, balancing responsibilities,
self-care, boundaries, and more. The group offers opportunities to share experiences, learn strategies, and build
connections in a supportive environment.
The caregiver can self-refer to this group via the website form or by calling the intake coordinator at Brain Care Centre. The Caregiver Support Group is open caregivers of our clients OR caregivers that attend to people with brain injuries, even if that person is not our client.
Minimum participation may be required for groups and classes to proceed. All activities are subject to change, any changes will be communicated by BCC via email
